Please print the Registration form from the link below and have it notarized.  Incomplete/Unnotarized registrations, or registrations without full payment will not be accepted.

Fees for the 2010 season are $225 for U13 and older, and $140 for Micro.  Players will be assigned to teams on a first come - first served basis.  Before a team will be registered, a team must have a coach and a complete roster.  Make checks payable to LYSC.  Send the completed and notarized form and payment to:
